Disclosers, an independent PR and Media Relations agency, announces the close of 2025 with total revenues of 2 million, marking an annual increase of +26% than in 2024 (a growth of a completely organic nature, without extraordinary operations).

The evolution of the team and the appointment, soon, of a new Partner

Growth goes hand in hand with the strengthening of the staff, which now numbers 34 professionals. After the recent entry of a new PR Director (Jordana Hassan), the structure will soon welcome another senior figure, prepare for new hires (a Narrative Strategist) and see the appointment of a new Partner.

Also making a difference in 2025 was the integration of a marketing strategist and a content strategist into the team. The combination of these skills, with press office expertise, has enabled the agency to pursue more creative projects as well (particularly for clients in the lifestyle, travel, and food & beverage sectors).

In addition, the activity extended to managing digital PR, building strategic partnerships with creators, and devising new formats for dedicated press and media events capable of generating engagement beyond traditional news.

Clients: many assignment renewals and new acquisitions

The agency continues to build, nurture and protect brands' reputations, keeping PR and media relations at the center.

The year 2025 also saw the renewal of trust by such entities as Libraccio, Talent Garden, Fluidra, AccessiWay and iDoctors, and the entry of new customers such as the Teddy Group and Sector Alarm. Media positioning activities for entrepreneurs and C-levels are also confirmed as increasingly central, through strategies that integrate press visibility and LinkedIn presence to generate authoritative recognition.

Also a publishing ecosystem: podcasts and events

2025 was also the year of consolidation of internal publishing projects: “Beyond the title” (the podcast hosted figures such as Elena Lavezzi, Marco Onorato, Giampaolo Grossi, and Filippo Mottolese, investigating how the different faces of communication), “Beyond the Edge” (the English-language videopodcast where the dedicated foreign media team interviews journalists from the international scene) and “Stories that matter” (the second annual invitation-only event, with guests Marco Bardazzi, Benedetta Balestri, Leonardo D'Onofrio and Roberta Maddalena, focused on the role of narratives in change management).

"These results are the offspring of purely organic growth, devoid of extraordinary operations or forced expansions. Maintaining our independence, moreover, allows us not to pursue pure volume logics, but to carefully choose the partnerships we consider most strategic. With a team that now numbers 34 people and will grow further by the end of 2026, our priority remains accountability to the team and to our clients, continuing to invest in internal strength and direction and not expansion at any cost” explain Jessica Malfatto and Stefano Tagliabue, co-founders and CEO and COO of the agency, respectively.
