In the first quarter of 2026, Disclosers, a PR and media relations agency, reported organic growth of 29% compared to the same period in 2025, confirming a consistent and steady growth trajectory.

This result reflects the consolidation of a model that is increasingly focused on building, growing, and protecting brand reputations.

An organizational evolution rooted in expertise

Today, Disclosers (https://disclosers.it/) has 35 professionals and welcomed four new team members in the first quarter. The agency continues to strengthen its structure by expanding its expertise and areas of focus (PR, Media Relations, Influencer Marketing, C-Level Positioning), with the goal of working in an increasingly integrated manner across internal organization, storytelling, and positioning.

Among the new hires are a People & Culture Specialist (Jessica Chiapparicci) and a Narrative Strategist (Maddalena Vicini)—two roles that reflect a specific need. On the one hand, to strengthen the internal organizational and cultural structure; on the other, to expand our work on storytelling projects, with a growing focus on building media positioning for C-level executives.

This is a natural evolution of the role of public relations, which is increasingly tied to the ability to build recognition and consistency over time, both for brands and for the people who represent them.

Internal Growth and Business Continuity

As part of this process, Paola Formenti was appointed PR Manager, and Daniela Monteverdi joined the company as a Partner in the role of PR Director. This move signifies a strengthening of internal leadership and a broader distribution of responsibilities, in line with a model that focuses on continuity and long-term value creation.

Established Trust and New Members

The agency’s growth trajectory is also reflected in the continuity of its partnerships and the expansion of its client portfolio. In fact, over the past quarter, contracts were renewed with clients such as ADCI, Highline Milano, and Edgewell Personal Care, confirming the strength of the relationships built over time. Furthermore, 2025 saw renewed trust from companies such as Libraccio, Talent Garden, Fluidra, AccessiWay, and iDoctors, along with the addition of new clients including the Teddy Group and Sector Alarm.

Investments and New Areas of Focus

Alongside the team’s development, Disclosers continues on its path toward building an ecosystem, with the goal of taking an increasingly direct role in the contexts where language, attention, and relevance take shape.

Following a new investment in a company operating in the entertainment sector, for example, another move into the new media space is expected shortly. This strategic direction reflects the desire not merely to observe the evolution of the media landscape, but also to experience it from the inside.

Spaces, Relationships, and the Offline World

At the same time, the agency continues to work on developing strategic physical assets. In fact, by the end of the year, the agency plans to complete a full renovation of its current offices in downtown Milan, in the Missori/Duomo area, with the goal of creating a modular environment designed not only for day-to-day work but also for hosting events and offline gatherings. This decision reflects an increasingly evident need: to complement the digital realm with physical spaces where relationships can develop in a more direct and meaningful way.

Events and Publishing Projects

As part of this initiative, the agency also continues to develop its own projects, designed as spaces for dialogue between communication, business, and culture. In addition to the two podcasts, following the second edition of “Storie che contano” (Stories That Matter)—an annual invitation-only event focused on the role of storytelling in change management (which featured guests such as Marco Bardazzi, Benedetta Balestri, Leonardo D’Onofrio, and Roberta Maddalena)— Disclosers has confirmed the next event for October 1, 2026.

The event will be held at a new, exclusive venue in Milan and will serve as yet another opportunity for companies, journalists, and communications professionals to come together, in line with the agency’s goal of creating high-value opportunities for networking and exchange.

The Creation of the Academy

Among the new developments for 2026 is the launch of the Academy section, featuring a new online course dedicated to PR. This project draws on experience gained in the field and aims to share methods, approaches, and insights with professionals and companies interested in gaining a more structured understanding of how media relations work.

A Way to Grow, Going Beyond Results

"We’re not expanding our scope to take up more space; we’re doing it to focus more effectively on what truly matters and what actually makes an impact. The entirely organic growth we’re experiencing is a direct consequence of this. It’s the result of continuous internal efforts focused on people, expertise, and the ability to understand the context in which our clients operate,” said Jessica Malfatto, CEO, and Stefano Tagliabue, COO – “What we’re seeing today is an increasingly clear demand: not to focus on visibility, but on building reputation, relationships, trust, and credibility. And this requires a deeper effort to craft narratives, forge connections, and maintain consistency in embracing a long-term perspective. This is where we continue to invest, building a cohesive ecosystem.”
