Industrial B2B Case Study · 2023–2026
Disclosers is an independent PR and media relations boutique based in Milan, founded in 2018. We work across multiple sectors; in the industrial sector, we serve manufacturing groups, materials companies, and fund-backed firms, providing press office services, corporate communications, M&A support, and event management. Here are three long-term case studies—Miko - Dinamica, Schindler Italia, and Argos Surface Technologies—ranging from double-digit growth to buy-and-build strategies.

Miko's headquarters in Gorizia.
The goal was to consolidate its leadership in the luxury automotive sector—by outfitting models from the world's most prestigious brands—and to accelerate its expansion into high-end fashion and design.
The campaign was designed to highlight the company’s eco-friendly ethos and its strong ties to the local community, while also previewing key milestones in technological innovation—including the market launch of the new Infinity microfiber, scheduled for 2027.
Four communication strategies and high-impact events to position the brand around innovation, lifestyle, and sustainability.
A regular presence at Milan Design Week to showcase microfiber as a living material and an element of cutting-edge design: the 2025 immersive installation “Waves of Innovation” with Lamborghini, the 2024 installations with D-House urban laboratory, and the debut of Dinamica Live Atelier in 2026.
Co-branding initiatives with high ethical value: the eco-friendly footwear capsule collection with the Friuli-based brand RE49, which repurposes automotive textile waste (2023), and the first soccer ball covered in Dinamica recycled microfiber, developed in collaboration with Udinese Calcio and Macron (2024).
Projects with a significant local impact: the “Gorizia: A City with a Positive Impact” (PMG) initiative, developed with students from the Galilei Institute, and support for the Italian Paragility Mixed-Race National Team at the IMCA World Championships.
Targeted interviews and strategic positioning of company spokespeople to outline expansion plans, along with the launch of the Dinamica Innovation Challenge, which challenges the designers of the future.
Exceptional and consistent editorial coverage, with a stable presence in key media outlets.
Significant emphasis was placed on double-digit growth and plans for new hires.

In the year marking the Group’s 150th anniversary and with the appointment of the new Italian management team, the company aimed to become the undisputed leader in digitalization and the ESG transition in the real estate sector.
At the same time, Schindler had to tackle a crucial recruitment challenge—the shortage of specialized maintenance technicians in the market—and promote its core values: safety, gender inclusion, and design excellence.
A multichannel strategy focused on storytelling about technological innovation, corporate social responsibility, and product aesthetics.
The Italian debut of the ESG BuildingMinds data intelligence platform, which uses AI and machine learning to optimize emissions and costs in real estate, was named “Proptech of the Year” at the 2024 GRI Awards.
Launch and expansion of the Schindler School (versions 3.0 in 2025 and 4.0 in 2026, with expansion into the Lazio region and southern Italy): free training, on-campus housing, and immediate employment to attract and train young people under 25.
The launch of the Schindler X8 designer elevator, designed to transform the cabin into a luxurious living space, will be showcased with notable installations at Milan Design Week in 2025 and 2026.
The eco-sustainable restoration of the Italian headquarters in Concorezzo and the completion of the conservation restoration of the spectacular Test Tower, celebrated in honor of the 150th anniversary.
Gender inclusion as illustrated by the symbolic story of the only female elevator operator in the field, and safety education campaigns, including the “Stop in the Cabin” anti-panic guide.
A comprehensive press review that thoroughly covered all corporate, product, and social responsibility topics.

The Argos ST plant in Gonzaga.
Under the leadership of the Gradiente SGR fund and, starting in 2025, the global fund EMK Capital, the Group's goal was to implement an ambitious "buy-and-build" consolidation strategy in the Italian market.
The communication challenge lay in positioning Argos ST as a unique, integrated, and cutting-edge partner for the industry, highlighting the rebranding, the commitment to environmental sustainability—PFAS-free solutions and carbon footprint reduction—and the efficiency of a short supply chain, 100% made in Italy.
A strategy focused on corporate growth, technological process innovation, and ESG commitment.
Announcement and promotion of the strategic acquisitions campaign—Rotostatic, Galvanotecnica Salvatori Bologna, GM Cataforesi, SIVE, AG Technical—management of the merger of the long-standing Argos Lualma business units, Argos TSM, and Argos GSB into a single legal entity and launch of the new brand positioning.
High-Tech Application Case Studies: Halar noise-reduction solutions for logistics; three-layer PTFE and PFA coatings for the food industry; chemical nickel plating for the oil & gas sector—tested to withstand the depths of the North Sea—as well as for the nuclear and aerospace industries; advanced robotics in thermal spraying and reel-to-reel electroplating.
The first Sustainability Report (2025); PFAS-free certified solutions for industrial coatings; solar power plants at the Cambiago and Gonzaga facilities—the latter featuring over 4,300 panels installed by Renantis, capable of producing 820 MWh of clean energy in just three months; and the recovery of critical metals from industrial wastewater through the Circular Materials project.
Its positioning as an inclusive workplace, with an internal female employment rate exceeding 27%—a clear departure from the trend in the metalworking sector—and its funding of community outreach projects, such as the free assisted mobility service “Pulmino Amico” in Cavenago Brianza.
Pervasive and extremely high-quality media coverage throughout the entire four-year period.
Focus on acquisitions, corporate mergers, record revenues, and the transition to EMK Capital.
Coverage in the key regions where the plants are located—Lombardy, Piedmont, and Emilia—and coverage on Repubblica.it of social solidarity initiatives.
