Background and Objectives

Originally conceived as a walkway reserved for staff, Highline has evolved into an urban cultural project: the Sala degli Orologi, open to the public for the first time in decades, and the rooftop observation deck. On February 7, 2026, the space reopened after a long period of renovation.

Three strategic priorities: communicate the project’s new direction by restoring coherence and identity to the renovated spaces; generate targeted interest prior to the opening by engaging the press and creators in line with the project’s positioning; and convert that interest into actual foot traffic, with a steady stream of visitors and sustained interest in the months that follow.

Strategy

True integration between traditional PR—both Italian and international—digital PR, and influencer marketing, with the press preview serving as the sole activation event.

Planning and Announcements

Two distinct phases: first, the launch of online ticket sales in December, with the “early ticket” serving as the first announcement of the reopening; then, the grand opening of the spaces, with a focus on the exhibition in the Sala degli Orologi.

Customized media pitches

Identify and invite journalists and creators whose profiles align with the brand’s positioning, covering all areas of interest—Milan, art and culture, lifestyle, architecture, and design—with pitches tailored to the specific focus of each publication.

Press previews as a tool

A day during which members of the press and creators got a sneak peek at the renovated spaces: a dedicated press conference, one-on-one interviews with the key figures, and over 40 journalists in attendance, including representatives from three television stations.

Vertical influencer marketing

120 creators selected from complementary niches: travel and city breaks (41.9%), lifestyle (33.3%), architecture and design (12.9%), art, culture, and photography (11.8%). The predominant format was Instagram Reels, supplemented by carousels and TikTok videos.

Long Tail and Organic Buzz

Spontaneous conversations, tags, and requests for information in the days that followed. Many creators independently proposed returning to create content featuring natural light, co-creating editorial formats, and establishing partnerships—a sign of genuine identification with the project.

Results

Media coverage translated into tangible interest and actual visits: a spike in reservations upon reopening, 4,500 new Instagram followers in just a few days, and three distinct spikes on Google Trends coinciding with the launch of each campaign.

Background and Objectives

In an era dominated by technological overload and the virtualization of entertainment, the historic Treviso-based brand faced the challenge of reaffirming the cultural significance of offline, analog gaming.

The strategic goal was to position Dal Negro as a dynamic brand capable of connecting with younger generations and promoting intergenerational social interaction, digital detox, and environmental sustainability. The PR strategy aimed to organize exhibitions, events, and high-profile partnerships to expand the brand’s media reach, propelling it into international, artistic, and design markets.

CSR, Solidarity, and Sustainability

Launch of the DN Green line of eco-friendly outdoor toys for young children and promotion of the “Le Bellunesi” charity card deck in collaboration with AKQA—presented at TEDxCortina and Scoop Cortina—created to support the reforestation of affected forests and scientific research.

Innovation and New Trends

2021 — 2022 — 2023Santarcangelo di Romagna
Proiezione serale del Nòt Film Fest a Santarcangelo di Romagna

Background and Objectives

Born in the picturesque setting of Santarcangelo di Romagna, the festival was destined to establish itself nationally and internationally as a cutting-edge hub for the independent film community.

The goal of the campaign was to link the film project to pressing current issues (ecology and the creative responsibility of «zero-impact films,» inclusivity and civil rights, and technological innovation in the audiovisual sector), while simultaneously boosting tourism development and the local economy in the Romagna region.

Strategy

Annual communication campaigns with strong thematic focuses, designed to highlight the festival’s rebellious and innovative identity.

2021 · Inclusivity, Diversity, and Rebellious Cinema

Fourth edition. The festival is positioned under the “rebel” concept, with a strong focus on LGBTQ+ issues, disability, and social inclusivity (ranging from the documentary *March for Dignity* about the Pride parade in Georgia to open-air screenings for the homeless), enriched by the presence of prominent guests from the Italian film industry, such as Marta Gastini.

2022 · Sustainability, Ecology, and Creative Responsibility

Fifth edition. Launch of the first entirely eco-friendly independent film festival, focused on environmental sustainability. The campaign highlighted the concept of low-environmental-impact film production («zero-impact films»), linking cinema to the protection of the planet and attracting guests who support the cause, such as director Ludovico Di Martino.

2023 · Future-forward and international community

Sixth edition. The focus is on the growth of the vibrant community of international filmmakers and the inclusion of multidisciplinary artistic performances that blend music and film, such as Rodrigo D'Erasmo's special concert at the Sferisterio in Santarcangelo.

Cross-cutting · Local Development and Promotion of the Region

Highlighting the synergy with the town of Santarcangelo (through screenings at the Palazzo della Poesia) and the economic benefits for the local area: hotels and other lodging facilities were fully booked thanks to the influx of visitors and international experts.

Results
