The Base

Real estate verticals, proptech, and local media: they ensure volume and continuity in the region.

The tip

Business and general-interest media outlets—Il Sole 24 Ore, La Repubblica, Milano Finanza, Forbes—that lend credibility with investors, owners, and international networks.

Lifestyle

Alongside that are lifestyle and design: that’s where a property’s value becomes desirable. Together, they form a well-balanced pyramid.

01 · Background

A market flooded with ads, where credibility is built on data and consistency

Business, lifestyle, and local newsrooms receive price lists, price surveys, and opening announcements every day. They all look the same. What sets a brand operating in real estate apart is its ability to read the market before others do and to provide journalists with data, scenarios, and recognizable insights.

That is why we are working on three parallel tracks: corporate communications, which covers new store openings, funding rounds, and corporate transactions in the major media outlets, observatories and proprietary data, which make the company the source of the story about the brick, and Positioning of Spokespersons as an opinion leader on housing trends. It is the combination of these three factors that builds a reputation.

Corporate

New store openings, new locations, funding rounds, acquisitions, and international partnerships: credibility among investors, agents, and owners.

Scenario

Observatories, indices, and surveys: from urban exodus to hydrogeological risk, the brand becomes the source of the data.

02 · Case Study

Five brands, Five Different Strategies

From international luxury to data-driven proptech: the industry segment, the company’s stage of development, and its business objectives determine the nature of its relationship with the media.

Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Italy: Anticipating Market Trends Before Major Changes Occur

A highly prestigious international real estate brokerage network. In the midst of the pandemic, the challenge was to consolidate its authority in the Italian market by positioning the brand as a leading authority on new housing trends (remote work, the desire for spacious living areas) while simultaneously supporting an ambitious business plan for national expansion.

We have established parallel communication channels to highlight the brand's evolution and its drive for innovation—from the expansion of our network to our technology partnerships, and on to publishing and agency design.

From a local business to a leading provider of second homes in Sardinia

A proptech startup specializing in the professional management of vacation rentals and luxury villas. The challenge was to position a young Sardinian company not simply as a local intermediary, but as a tourism and technology operator capable of revolutionizing the second-home market in the post-pandemic era, guaranteeing owners returns 30% higher than those from traditional rentals.

The campaign was rolled out across multiple channels to showcase the startup's stability and rapid growth.

Barnes Rome: Rome Challenges Milan for the Crown of International Luxury

The Rome branch of a French international real estate network specializing in ultra-luxury properties. To mark its arrival in the capital, the goal was to establish Barnes Roma as a premier source of insight into Rome’s super-prime segment, highlighting how the city was attracting major foreign investors (UHNWIs) to the historic center.

To capture the brand’s various facets, we’ve structured our communication around four pillars.

Wikicasa: From a real estate listing portal to a scientific observatory of the Italian real estate market

A cutting-edge proptech company, real estate listing portal, and provider of data intelligence services for real estate professionals. The challenge was to reposition the brand: not just a real estate search engine, but a technology hub and leading think tank capable of anticipating the country’s socio-economic macro-trends through data analysis.

At the same time, we needed to communicate the company’s extraordinary growth and the corporate changes aimed at internationalization. We developed a PR plan based on a continuous stream of data-driven PR initiatives, complemented by announcements regarding corporate governance.

Residential luxury meets high-end hospitality in Milan

A proptech startup specializing in the management and short- and medium-term rental of luxury residential apartments with hotel-style services. Launched in early 2023, it aimed to establish itself in the competitive Milanese market not only as a manager of exclusive properties, but as a player capable of bridging two worlds.

The media objective was to position the brand as a privileged observer of trends in high-end short-term rentals and the living habits of international tenants, through a PR plan consisting of regular news releases and targeted campaigns.
